By using YUVA ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
The Service
YUVA provides YUVA Birth Chart and AI-assisted Readings for entertainment and self-reflection purposes. Readings are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.
Account & Sign-In
You sign in through Clerk using the methods enabled by YUVA, which may include email, Google, TikTok, or Apple. You are responsible for keeping those accounts secure. One YUVA account per person.
Credits & Payments
- Eligible accounts may receive a one-time Welcome Credit grant confirmed by the service
- Credits are consumed only by server-confirmed Reading and Ask delivery
- A personal Reading is free after sign-in. No Credits are required. Ask shows the maximum Credit use before submission and charges for the final delivered output.
- Purchased Credits do not expire. Starter Credits expire 30 days after issuance. Membership Credits expire at the end of their entitlement period and do not roll over.
- Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically until canceled. Annual membership is billed yearly and supplies 800 Credits each month, not 9,600 upfront. Manage renewal through Billing in your account or the Creem receipt email. Scheduled cancellation preserves the already-paid period; refunds or effective termination may end future grants.
- Purchased credits and subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
- Payments are processed by Creem. By purchasing, you agree to Creem's terms
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
- Share accounts or resell access
- Use automated tools to generate readings at scale
AI-Generated Content
Readings are generated by AI and are for entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, legal, or any other professional advice. YUVA makes no guarantees about the accuracy of readings.
Intellectual Property
The YUVA name, design, and codebase are owned by us. Your chart reading content belongs to you.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YUVA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@yuvachart.com.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where YUVA is registered.
