YUVA provides AI-powered Zi Wei Dou Shu (Chinese astrology) chart readings for entertainment and self-reflection purposes. Readings are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.

Account & Sign-In

You sign in via magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure. One account per person.

Credits & Payments

Free accounts receive a signup bonus of credits and daily free credits
Credits are consumed by AI chat messages and compatibility readings
Purchased credits and subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law
Prices may change with 30 days notice
Payments are processed by Creem. By purchasing, you agree to Creem's terms

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
Share accounts or resell access
Use automated tools to generate readings at scale

AI-Generated Content

Readings are generated by AI and are for entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, legal, or any other professional advice. YUVA makes no guarantees about the accuracy of readings.

Intellectual Property

The YUVA name, design, and codebase are owned by us. Your chart reading content belongs to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YUVA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@yuvachart.com.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where YUVA is registered.
